摘要
合欢叶和万寿菊叶适合淡紫拟青霉生长、产孢和萌发.合欢叶和万寿菊叶分别与淡紫拟青霉协同作用防治根结线虫有显著的增效作用,0.01 g.mL-1合欢叶和万寿菊叶的淡紫拟青霉培养物的水提液处理2龄幼虫,48 h内击倒率分别为90.60%和80.45%;用0.01 g.mL-1合欢叶和万寿菊叶水提液分别加淡紫拟青霉孢子混合处理卵囊12 d,卵孵化率分别为2.27%和1.23%;合欢叶和万寿菊叶的淡紫拟青霉培养物防治番茄根结线虫效果分别为88.52%和67.52%.
Albizzia spp. and Tagetes erecta leaves as nematicidal plants suited Paecilomyces lilacinus (Pl) to grow, produce spores and bourgeon. The synergism between either of them and Pl possessed obvious increasing effect on Meloidogyne incognita. 0.01 g · mL^-1 water extracts of Pl cultures with Albizzia spp. and T. erecta leaves powder could knock down 90.60% and 80.45% of the second juvenile individuals of M. incognita within 48 h. When egg mass was dipped with 0.01 g·mL^-1 Albizzia spp. and T. erecta leaves water extracts added with Pl spores within 12 d, the egg hatching rates were 2.27% and 1.23% respectively. The controlling effects of Pl cultures with Albizzia spp. and T. erecta leaves powder against tomatoe root-knot disease caused by M. incognita were 88.52% and 67.52% respectively.
