摘要
【目的】探明不同微生物药剂对烟草生长及烟草根结线虫病、气候斑点病等病害的影响,为烟草病害的防控提供依据。【方法】以烤烟品种云烟87为材料,通过田间小区试验调查清水(CK,C_(1))、化学农药金东旺(C_(2))、生物农药坚强芽孢杆菌(C_(3))、微生物功能菌剂线虫克星(C_(4))、微生物功能菌剂生防战线(C_(5))和微生物功能菌剂广谱抑菌剂阿维菌素(C_(6))对烤烟生育期和采烤前的农艺性状、病害防控及经济性状的影响。【结果】移栽后的C_(2)~C_(6)较CK提前3~6 d进入摆盘期,大田生育期为136~143 d。C_(4)的烟株株高最高,达100.47 cm,其他采烤前主要农艺性状各项指标与其余处理间无显著差异。C_(4)根结线虫病的发病率和病情指数最低,分别为16.89%和24.71%;其次是C_(5)和C_(6),发病率分别为21.96%和25.54%,病情指数分别为24.98%和31.37%。其他主要病害中,气候斑点病的发生最为严重,C_(1)~C_(6)的发病率分别为15.00%、13.33%、9.72%、3.67%、5.33%和6.00%。C_(4)的产量和产值最高,分别为1 526.55 kg/hm^(2)和41 875.05元/hm^(2)。【结论】微生物功能菌剂线虫克星15 kg/hm^(2)移栽时拌有机肥施用的防病效果明显并能提高烤烟的产量与产值。
【Objective】In order to provide the basis for the control and prevention of tobacco disease,the effects of different microbial reagents on the growth of tobacco and control of tobacco root-knot nematode and weather fleck disease are studied.【Method】Six treatments are set up,including C_(1)(clear water,CK),C_(2)(chemical pesticide Jindongwang),C_(3)(biological pesticide Bacillus firmus),C_(4)(microbial functional agent Nematode Fighter),C_(5)(microbial functional agent Biological-defense Fronts) and C_(6)(microbial functional agent and broad-spectrum bacteriostatic agent Abamectin).The effects of different treatments on the agronomic traits in growth period and pre-harvest period,disease control and economic traits of Yunyan 87 are investigated by field plot experiment.【Result】After transplanting,C_(2)~C_(6) enter the plate setting period 3~6 d earlier than that of CK,and the growth period is 136~143 d.C_(4) has the highest plant height,reaching 100.47 cm,and there is no obvious difference in various index of the major agronomic traits between C_(4) treatment and other treatments.The incidence and disease index of root-knot nematode under C_(4) treatment is the lowest,respectively 16.89% and 24.71%;followed by C_(5) and C_(6),with incidence of 21.96% and 25.54%,and with disease index of 24.98% and 31.37%.Among other major diseases,the incidence of weather fleck disease is the most serious,with the incidence of C_(1)~C_(6 ) is 15.00%,13.33%,9.72%,3.67%,5.33% and 6.00% respectively.The yield and output value of C_(4) treatment is the highest of 1 526.55 kg/hm^(2) and 41 875.05 Yuan/hm^(2).【Conclusion】Applying 15 kg/hm^(2) the microbial functional Nematode Fighter mixed with organic fertilizer has significant control effect on disease and improve the yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco.
