摘要
女性主义致力于对男权文化下旧的秩序的颠覆,包括对男权知识体系的颠覆,其中也包括教学方法上的革命。女性主义教学法主张建立师生间民主与平等的关系,不再以教师为中心,反对教师领导和控制学生的课堂权力现状。以女性主义的上述教学理念为指导原则,设计了一次独特的社会性别参与教学:让学生走进与社会性别有关的特定情景中,进行角色扮演,通过自我感知与觉悟来完成社会性别角色意识的成长。通过对这次教学实践的分析,有助于我们体会女性主义教学的原则:反对权威,强调平等,强调学生在教学中的地位。
Feminism commits itself to subverting the old paternalistic order, including the paternalistic knowledge system, which makes it necessary to carry out a revolution in teaching methods. The feminist teaching methods assert the importance of building a democratic and equal relation between teacher and student, take the teacher away from the centered position, and oppose the fact that the student is led and controlled by the teacher. Based on the principle above we design a gender-related participant lecture. In the specific context related to gender the students play roles and develop their gender sensitivity through self-perception and self-consciousness. The analysis of this lecture will certainly give insight into the principles of feminist teaching: opposing authority, emphasizing equality, and stressing the important position of student in the teaching.
