摘要
首先概述了系统功能语言学的语境思想和语域理论,指出语域三要素对翻译理论研究具有重要指导意义,并结合实例分析了语域三要素对翻译活动的影响,说明将语域三要素的分析运用到翻译实践中的可行性。
This paper aims to examine the feasibility of applying the register theory of the systemic-functional linguistics to translation studies. It first studies the context and the register theory, points out the instructive role of the register theory in translation studies, and further illustrates the impact of the three elements of register on translating activities.
