摘要
文章分析了在国有企业多层委托—代理关系下,各利益主体的权责利关系和他们的收益与企业绩效的关联度,并在此基础上建立了多层代理的激励模型。
This paper analyzes the power-responsibility-favor relation for all interests, and the relationship between interests' favor and corporation performance under multilayered entrust-agent relation in the state-owned enterprise. Then it sets up encouragement model on this basis.
