摘要
扭曲的委托———代理关系导致国有企业高昂的代理成本。本文从代理成本产生的原因分析入手,指出国有企业代理成本高昂的根源,最后提出了降低国有企业代理成本的几点建议。
The improper relationship of principle - agent leads to expensive agent cost in the state - owned enterprises. This article begins with the generation of the agent cost and then points out what is the origination of the expensive agent cost in the state -owned enterprises. In the end, the article gives some suggestions about how to cut clown the high agent cost in the state -owned enterprieses.
