摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法、蒽酮比色法分别对树头发的氨基酸、水溶性维生素、可溶性糖等成分进行分析。结果表明,除色氨酸被水解破坏而未检出外,树头发蛋白中含有16种氨基酸,9种必需氨基酸,其氨基酸的总含量达179.652μg/mg,总必需氨基酸含量为63.546μg/mg,必需氨基酸含量占总含量的35.37%;树头发中可溶性糖含量为2.93%,粗纤维含量为7.55%,维生素的含量:维生素C1.484mg/g,烟酸1.096mg/g,维生素B10.586mg/g,维生素B20.096mg/g.
Components ofPterula umbriuella Bres. were studied with reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography and Anthrone colorimetric analysis.The result showed that sixteen kinds of amino acid（included kinds of essential amino acids） existed in Pterula umbriuella Bres.,except that tryptophane destroyed by hydrolysis is not checked out.The sum of amino acids is 179.65μg/mg.The percentage of essential amino acids is 35.37%.Soluble sugar content of Pterula umbriuella Bres. is 2.93%, and the coarse fibre 7.55%.vitamin C 1.484mg/g, nicotinic acid 1.096mg/g,vitamin B1 0.586mg/g,vitamin B2 0.096mg/g.
