摘要
目的建立脑力静胶囊中维生素B1、B2、B6的含量方法。方法以三乙胺-冰醋酸-甲醇-0.015 mol.L^-1庚烷磺酸钠(0.2∶7.5∶175∶820)-甲醇为流动相梯度洗脱同时测定维生素B1、B2、B6的含量。结果维生素B1进样量在0.0834-0.6672μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为96.9%,RSD为3.4%;维生素B2进样量在0.0704^0.5632μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9996,平均加样回收率为95.2%,RSD为2.3%;维生素B6进样量在0.0930-0.7440μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.0%。结论建立了脑力静胶囊中维生素B1、B2、B6的含量方法,能有效控制脑力静胶囊的质量。
Aim To study the determination method of vitamin B1 ,B2 ,B6 for naolijing capsule. Methods An ion-pair reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of vitamin B1, B2 , B6 was developed, using a mobile phase with gradient elution consisting of triethylamine-glacial acetic acid-methanol-0.015 mol · L^-1 sodium heptanesulfonate(0.2 : 7.5 : 175 : 820)and methanol. Results The method proved to be linear in the ranges of 0. 0834 -0. 6672 ug ( r = 0. 999 8) ,0. 0704 - 0. 5632 ug ( r = 0. 999 6) ,0.0930 - 0.7440 ug( r = 0.999 8) for vitamin B1, B2, B6, respectively. The average recovery was 96.9% ( RSD = 3.4% ) for vitamin B1 ,95.2% (RSD = 2.3% ) for vitamin B2 ,99.5% (RSD = 1.0% ) for vitamin B6,respectively. Conclusion The method to determine vitamin B1, B2 , B6 in naolijing capsule was first established, which effectively controlled the quality of naolijing capsule.
