摘要
目的探讨改变专利中草药膏基质对药膏性质产生的影响,为药膏的产业化提供实验数据。方法 按两种专利中草药膏的药物组方后粉碎为极细末,以凡士林、甘油为基质,在特定温度下熔融后与一定比例的药粉混合、制备出两种新型中药膏,对两种药膏的理化性状、安全性及稳定性进行观察、研究。结果以凡士林、甘油为基质新型药膏成份固定、质感细腻,无刺激性及过敏反应,常温保存12个月不变质。结论以凡士林、甘油为基质的药膏安全性好、性质稳定并且易于保存。
Objective To explore the property influence in two patent ointment by change its matrix,which for the further purpose of providing data for business development of two ointment in future.Methods Two kind of prescription of chinese herbal were chosen according to the patent and were crushed into fine powder(subtilis simus),then a certain powder were mixed with the melting matrix composed proportional with vaseline and glycerine in a given temperature,therefore,two sorts of neotype ointment were prepared.The Physical and chemical properties,security and stability of two ointment were observed and investigated.Results The cream which matrix were composed with vaseline and glycerine possessed identified elements,delicate texture and no irritation and allergic reactions were found,it could be stored at room temperature more than 12 months without degeneration.Conclusions The ointment based with vaseline and glycerine as matrix were security,stability and could be stored for a long time.
