摘要
通过改变K3[Fe(CN)6]与还原糖的氧化还原反应条件,降低反应温度,缩短反应时间,建立了蜂蜜中高含量还原糖的流动注射-分光光度分析法.该方法与目前广泛使用的滴定法和分光光度法相比,具有分析速度快,操作简便等优点.测定了部分实际样品,结果满意.
Based on lowering the temperture and shortening the time of reaction between the reducing sugar and K 3 Fe(CN) 6 , a flow injection spectrophotometry for the high content reducing sugar in honey was established. In comparison with titration and flow injection spectrophotometry, the latter is more convenient and rapid. The sampling frequency is 70 ̄80 times per hour. Using the method to determine some honey, the reaults are satisfactory.
