The research development of C1q antigen/C1q antibody and SLE disease
摘要
补体系统是固有免疫系统重要的组分之一,不但是机体防御病原体的第一道防线,而且参与清除自身衰老和凋亡细胞等物质在体内的堆积,在词控炎症反应和免疫应答的过程中发挥极其重要的作用.补体分子C1q具有凋节各种细胞反应的能力.近年,随着C1q功能研究的深入,发现C1q抗原/C1q抗体与系统性红斑狼疮疾病有着一定的关联性.
