摘要
用薄层色谱法鉴别游离锗（Ⅳ）及有机锗，方法可靠，结果满意。采用硅胶Ｇ板；展开剂：丙醇－氧化铵－水（１５：１３：５）；显色剂为苯芴酮，进行游离锗（Ⅳ）及有机锗检测，结果两者的Ｒ＿ｆ值分别为０．０６及０．４８，最低检出量：游离锗为０．０２μｇ（Ｇｅ）；有机锗为４０μｇ（Ｇｅ）。
A thin layer chromatographic method was used to analysis free germanium(Ⅳ)andβ-carboxylethyl germanium sesquioxide. The R_f value was 0.06 and 0.48 for free germanium( Ⅳ)and β-carboxylethyl germanium sesquioxide,respectively,on silica gel G plate developed by solu-tion:propylic alcohol-ammonium hydroxide-water(15 :13:5).Developing agent was 9-phenyl-2,3,7-trihydroxy-6-fluorone;The detection limit was 0.02 μg(Ge)for free germanium(Ⅳ)and 40μg(Ge)for β-carboxylethyl germanium sesquioxide.
