摘要
用Ge(Ⅳ)-邻苯二酚—澳酸钠极谱络合吸附催化波测定人发中微量锗,并对发样的消化处理方法进行了较详细的研究。测定结果令人满意。
The determination of trace germanium in human hair by polarographic adsorptive complex catalytic wave of Ge ( Ⅳ )-catechol-sodium bromate has been presented. The peak potential of polarographic wave is at-0. 85V(μs. SCE), the detection limit of Ge( Ⅳ ) is 1.0 × 10^(-9) mol/L ,and the linear range is 1. 0× 10^(-9)-7.0×10^(-6) mol/L for Ge( Ⅳ ). The recovery of the addition experiment of the sample is 90. 3%-92.1%.
