提高有机锗纯度的最适宜条件

摘要 为了提高有机锗(CarboxyethylgermaniumSesquioxide,Ge-132)的纯度,除了合成时选用较纯试剂外,还要进行重结晶、洗涤等精制处理,为验证不同精制过程对纯度的影响,用逐一定量的方法进行了对比实验.结果表明,不同的杂质的去除应选用不同的精制过程,但是对提高Ge-132纯度,两种精制过程即重结晶与洗涤均有效,且最佳操作次数分别为1次与2次. To increase the purity of bis-carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide(Ge-132),therefining treatment of recrystallization and washing was performed besides using the agentswith higher purity.To ensure the effect of different refining procedures for the purity ,thecomparative tests were performed according to the quantitative method one by one. Theresults indicated that the different refining methods must be used to remove the differentimpurities ,but the two kinds of refining methods were effective for the increasing Ge- 132purity,and the best operating number of times was one and two,respectively.
