摘要
研究了锗与桑色素在5.4mol/L磷酸介质中的荧光反应。本方法的检测限为4.49×l0 ̄(-3)mg/L,可用于植物样品中痕量锗的测定。方法的相对标准偏差为2.61%~3.32%,回收率为99.3%~102.6%。
Fluorescent reaction of Ge(Ⅳ)with morin in 5.4 mol/L phosphric acidmedium has been studied. The limit of detection is 4.49× 10 ̄(-3)mg/L. It is a simple method withhigh selectivity and has been applied to the analysis of microamounts of Ge(Ⅳ)in plant samples.The relative standard deviations of 3.32%,2.61%and recoveries of l02.57%,99.26%are ob-tained.
