摘要
十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)能强烈增敏Sc(Ⅲ)-Morin络合物的荧光,据此提出了一个高灵敏度测定钪的荧光分析法:线性范围为1.4ng/mL~0.2μg/mL,检测下限为1.4ng/mL。用于岩矿中痕量钪的测定,结果良好。SDS同时对该体系的光度性质有增敏作用。无论增敏光度还是增敏荧光,均不改变络合物的组成比,增敏作用主要是由于胶束特殊环境而引起的。
The effect of surfactants on fluorometric determination of Sc(Ⅲ) was studied. The addition of anionic surfactant sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) to Sc (Ⅲ)-morin complex solution causes a remarkable enhancement of fluorescence. In order to study the role of SDS, its effect on the absorption property of the complex was examined parallelly. It was found that the enhancement was mainly caused by the specific microenvironment of micelle resulting in change of the photophysical properties of the complex.
