摘要
对中国油菜芜菁花叶病毒１号株系进行了生化性质分析，中国油菜芜菁花叶病毒１号株系的病毒粒子平均大小为７９０×１３ｎｍ；纯化的病责制剂对紫外线呈典型的核蛋白吸收，Ａ＿（２６０）／Ａ＿（２８０）＝１．２２。核酸含量为５％＝０．１５％；衣壳蛋白经Ｎ－末端分析和ＳＤＳ－聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳表明为单一组分，Ｎ－末端氨基酸为丝氨酸，分子量为２１０００Ｄ；
The average size of the Turnip mosaic virus NO. l on rape of China is 79O×13nm,The purifiedvirus showed the following characteristics:A_260 /A_280=1.22,a typical ultraviolet absorption spectrumof nucleo-protein;It clearly showed that TuMV-CRl contain 5%土0.15%nucleic acid; Analysis ofthe N-end and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the presence of SDS showed the subunit of coat pro-tein is a single component with a molecular weight of about 21 000 D alton,The amino acid of the N-end is a serine:It clearlv showed that TuMV～CRl coat protein consistes of 188 amino acid residues.
