摘要
利用普通小麦与长穗偃草杂交后代中选育出具有蓝色色素的4E(4D)异代换系小麦(蓝58)为材料,经过快中子或CO60γ射线照射诱导易位,选出65个蓝粒易位系,为创制蓝单体小麦提供了基础材料,文中讨论了易位系的诱变方法和鉴定方法等。
blue-grain gene translocation lines were selected from 4E(4D)substitution obtained fromthe progeny of common wheat and Agropyron elongatum after irradition with fast neutron or Co60γ rays , which supplied basis materials for creating blue-grained monosomics of wheat.
