摘要
染色体观察结果表明,小偃5号和小偃6号4E(4D)蓝粒单体代换系自交后代分离的二体、单体和白粒4D缺体中均不存在小染色体;这种白粒4D缺体进一步自交获得的自花结实4D缺体(HN5和HN6)中均产生了一对小染色体。HN5和HN6中的这两种小染色体在细胞减数分裂中期能发生配对的频率为77.4%,HN6中的小染色体与小麦4D染色体配对的频率为55.4%,HN5和HN6中的两种小染色体均不能与长穗偃麦草中的4E染色体发生配对。
A series of observation on chromosomes demonstrate that there are no micro-chromosomes in the disomics, monosomics or nulisomics derived from Xiaoyan No.5 or Xiaoyan No.6 4E(4D) blue-grained monosomic selfing. The micro-chromosomes are always detected in the progenies of the 4D nullisomic further selfing. The paring frequency of the micro-chromosomes between HN5 and HN6 is 77.4%, and the paring frequency between micro-chromosomes in HN6 and 4D chromosome in Chinese Spring is 55.4%. The micro-chromosomes in HN5 or HN6 appear no relationships with 4E chromosome in Elytrigia elongata.
