以大鼠为实验动物。
The model of lymphatostasitic encephalopathy was established by occluding andremoving profound cervical nodes in rats, the kinetic alteration of NO、lipid peroxide(MDA)and freeradical scalvages(CuZn─SOD) were determined in cerebral cortex l,3,5and 7 days after the blockage-The results showed that the level of NO significantlu decreased at l day(P<0.05 ),Further decreasewas at 3、5and 7 day(P<0.01)the levels of MDA at l,3,4 and 7 day significantly increased but thecontents of CuZn─SOD significantly decreased comparing with the control(P<0.0l);there was nega- tive correlation between the levels of MDA and CuZn─SOD, but there was no relationship between MDA and NO. These results showed that the levels of NO、CuZn─SOD decreased,lipid peroxide (MDA)accmulated after the blockage; NO、oxide free radicals may play an important role in experimen- tal lymphatostasitic encephalopathy.
