实验性淋巴滞留性脑病NO、氧自由基含量的变化

EFFECTS OF NO、OXIDE FREE RADICAL ON EXPERIMENTAL LYMPHATOSTASIS ENCEPHALOPATHY

摘要 以大鼠为实验动物。 The model of lymphatostasitic encephalopathy was established by occluding andremoving profound cervical nodes in rats, the kinetic alteration of NO、lipid peroxide(MDA)and freeradical scalvages(CuZn─SOD) were determined in cerebral cortex l,3,5and 7 days after the blockage-The results showed that the level of NO significantlu decreased at l day(P<0.05 ),Further decreasewas at 3、5and 7 day(P<0.01)the levels of MDA at l,3,4 and 7 day significantly increased but thecontents of CuZn─SOD significantly decreased comparing with the control(P<0.0l);there was nega- tive correlation between the levels of MDA and CuZn─SOD, but there was no relationship between MDA and NO. These results showed that the levels of NO、CuZn─SOD decreased,lipid peroxide (MDA)accmulated after the blockage; NO、oxide free radicals may play an important role in experimen- tal lymphatostasitic encephalopathy.
