摘要
目的通过动物实验的方法,分析不同MRI成像方法对显示肝组织缺血的敏感性。方法S-D大鼠随机分成A、B、C三组,A组做右侧肝动脉与门静脉分支双重结扎,B做右侧门静脉分支单独结扎,C为对照组。A、B组动物再分别分为三个亚组,分别于术后12、24、72h进行MRI检查。结果两种血流阻断法引起肝右叶形态及T1、T2及DWI信号发生了不同变化:A组肝右叶即发生凝固性坏死,体积大小无明显变化;T2WI及DWI上表现为明显高信号。B组术后24、72h后右叶体积变小,颜色变暗,左叶代偿性变大;T2WI上肝右叶为中等略低信号,T1WI呈略高信号,DWI上信号强度明显降低。结论大鼠肝动脉与门静脉均结扎与单独门静脉结扎后肝组织在T1WO、T2WI和DWI上表现不同,以后者更为敏感、准确。
To evaluate the sensitivities of different MR imagings in revealing hepatic ischemia. Methods S-D rats were divided radomly into A, B and C groups. Right hepatic artery and right portal vein were ligated in A group; right portal vein was ligated only in B group; and C was control group. A and B were divided into 3 subsections respectively. MRI was examined after 12、24h and 72h, respectively. Results Two different ligations resulted in different changes in both morphology of hepatic roght lobe and signals on T1WI ,T2WI and DWI. In Group A, hepatic right lobes resulted in coagulation necrosis with no significant morphological change, but distinct hyperintensity on T2WI and DWI appeared. In Group B, after 24h and 72h of ligations, right lobes were atrophied and darkled, the rest lobes became hypertrophied. On T1WI and T2WI, right lobes showed isointensity or slight hypointensity, but distinct hypointensity on DWI. Conclusion In Groups A and B, hepatic lobes show different signals on T2WI and DWI. DWI is more sensitive and exact than T2WI.
