摘要 目的了解糖尿病与胆囊炎、胆结石、脂肪肝和脂代谢的关系。方法收集上腹部B超检查的住院糖尿病(DM)患者161例,就其伴胆囊炎、胆结石、脂肪肝情况与脂代谢异常以及DM病程、年龄等相关因素进行分析,抽样同期住院的42例非DM患者进行对比。组间用χ2检验。结果DM患者上腹部B超检查阳性率明显高于非DM组,DM患者中B超阳性组的血脂异常高于B超阴性组,亦明显高于非DM组。结论DM患者往往伴有胆囊炎、胆结石和脂肪肝,其发生与脂代谢异常关系密切。 Objective To investigate the relationship between diabetes and cholecystitis,cholelithiasis, fatty liver and lipid metabolism. Methods To collect 161 patients with diabetes who had received B-ultrasonic examination on upper belly and analyse such relative factors as age,course of disease,accompanying diseases (in terms of cholecystitis,cholelithiasis,fatty liver ect) and lipid decompensation ,then contrast in parallel with 42 non-diabetic individuals in hospital at the same time. The method used is X^2 test. Results B-ultrasonic examination positive rate in diabetic patients is much higher than in negative ones; lipid decompensation in diabetes in B-ultrasonic positive group is higher than that in negative group,and much higher than non-diabetic individuals. Conclusion Patients with diabetes appear more susceptible to cholecystitis,cholelithiasis and fatty liver,which count much for lipid decompensation.
