摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)胆结石(GD)、胰岛素抵抗(IR)与游离脂肪酸(FFA)及胆囊收缩素(CCK)的关系。方法:酶联免疫法(ELISA)法测定正常对照(NC)组、GD组及T2DM合并GD组患者血浆中的CCK表达,酶比色法测定不同组患者血清中的FFA表达并比较。结果:不同组血浆CCK表达无统计学差异(P>0.05);T2DM合并GD组血清FFA水平较NC组、GD组高(P<0.05)。结论:FFA在胆结石的形成中可能起一定的作用,胆结石与T2DM的胰岛素抵抗相关。
Objective：To explore the relationship of type 2 diabetes with gallstone disease,insulin resistance and plasma cholecystokinin,serum free fatty acid level.Methods：To measure the expression of plasma CCK by ELISA and serum FFA by colorimetric method in normal control group,gallstone group and T2DM with gallstone group and compare them.Results：The CCK expression was not significant among the three groups（P0.05）.The FFA expression in T2DM with gallstone group was obviously higher than the other two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：FFA may play a role on gallstone formation,gallstone is related with T2DM with insulin resistance.
