摘要
目的观察三七不同有效成分对人子宫内膜细胞炎症细胞模型细胞培养液中6—酮-前列腺素F1α(6—Keto—PGF1α)和血栓素B2(TXB2)含量的影响。方法利用细菌脂多糖(LPS)诱导正常子宫内膜细胞,导致细胞发生炎症反应的体外细胞模型,以前期实验确定的最佳浓度的三七有效成分干预炎症子宫内膜细胞模型,测定其两个时间段(487、2 h)的6—Keto—PGF1α、TXB2的含量。结果三七复方成分能使6—Keto—PGF1α含量降低,TXB2含量增高,6—Keto—PGF1α/TXB2比值趋于正常。结论调整6—Keto—PGF1α/TXB2比值,恢复PGI2和TXA2之间的动态平衡,是三七复方成分防治炎症性子宫异常出血的有效途径之一。
Objective To evaluate the effects of compound components of panax notoginseng on 6-Keto-PGF1α/TXB2 of the RPMI1640 of human endometrial cell inflammatory model. Methods The model cells of inflammatory human endometrium were built up by lipopolysacc haride and intervented with compound components of panax notoginseng, the best concentration of which had been established in former experiment. And the contents of 6-Keto-PGF1α、TXB2 were determined in 48h and 72 h respectively. Results The compound components of panax notoginseng distinchly decreased 6-keto-PGF1α ,TXB2 and adjusted the odds of 6-Keto-PGF1α/TXB2 of the RPMI1640 of human endometrial cell to near normality. Conclusion Adjusting the odds of 6-Keto-PGF1α ,TXB2 to dynamic equilibrium is one of the effective pathways of compound compo nents of panax notoginseng in preventing and treating endometrorrhagia caused by inflammation.
