摘要
目的:制备自拟制剂呋锌油并观察其临床疗效。方法:根据该制剂的处方特点与应用对象,建立了该制剂的制备工艺与质量标准;并选取了400例新生儿尿布疹患儿进行临床疗效观察。结果:该制剂的痊愈率与总有效率分别为93%与100%。结论:该制剂制备工艺简单,质量标准可行,疗效确切,使用方便,价格低廉,值得推广。
Objective： To prepare Fuxinyou and evaluate its clinical effects in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis. Methods： To establish manufacturing process and quality standard of the preparation according to its characteristic; the preparation was used clinically in the treatment of 230 cases of neonatal diaper dermatitis. Results： The preparation technology was simple and convenient. The rate of cure and the overall effective rate of the preparation in the treatment of 230 cases of neonatal diaper dermatitis was 93% and 100%, respectively. Conclusion： The preparation was shown have a definite therapeutic effect in tile treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis.
