摘要
目的探讨基于计划-实施-检查-处理(PDCA)模式干预对降低新生儿红臀发生率的作用。方法选取2017年5月—2019年5月新生儿科收治的患儿1024例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各512例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施基于PDCA模式的护理干预。对比2组红臀发生率、红臀严重程度、护理质量及家属满意度。结果观察组新生儿红臀发生率为15.23%,低于对照组的38.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在发生新生儿红臀的患儿中,观察组患儿红臀严重程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组护理文书、安全管理、心理护理、健康教育、护理操作、行为规范、环境管理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组家属满意率为98.44%,高于对照组的94.34%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于PDCA模式干预可显著降低新生儿红臀发生率,减轻红臀严重程度,提高护理质量及家属满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of planning-implementation-examination-treatment(PDCA)intervention on reducing the incidence of neonatal red buttocks.Methods Totally 1024 neonates were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the random number table,512 cases in the control group and 512 cases in the observation group.The control group received routine nursing care,and observation group was given nursing intervention based on PDCA mode.The incidence of red buttocks,the severity of red buttocks,the quality of care and the satisfaction of family members were compared.Results The incidence of red buttocks in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(15.23%vs.38.09%,P<0.05).In those neonates suffered from red buttocks,the severity of red buttocks in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Scores of assessment on nursing records writing,safety management,psychological nursing,health education,nursing operation,behavioral norms,and environmental management were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction rate of the family members in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(98.44%vs.94.34%,P<0.01).Conclusion Intervention based on PDCA model can significantly reduce the incidence of red buttocks in neonates,reduce the severity of red buttocks,improve the quality of care and family satisfaction.
