摘要
目的:制备自拟制剂强金油并观察其临床疗效。方法:根据该制剂的处方特点,建立了该制剂的制备工艺与质量标准;并选取了300例新生儿尿布性皮炎患儿进行临床疗效观察。结果:该制剂的总有效率为100%,对照组43.4%(P<0.01)。结论:该制剂制备工艺简单,质量可控,疗效确切,使用方便,值得推广。
Objective：To prepare Qiangjinyou and evaluate its clinical effects in treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis. Methods： The manufacturing process and quality standards of the preparation were established according to its characteristic; the preparation was used clinically in 300 cases of neonatal diaper dermatitis. Results： The overall effective rate of the preparation was 100% and 43.4% in the control group. Conclusions： The techniques of preparation were simple and its quality was controllable with a stable curative effect and convenience in its application, so worthy of clinic promotion.
