摘要
采用一次性力竭游泳为运动方式对大鼠进行训练,运动结束后取外周血,首先进行淋巴细胞计数,结果发现,运动组与对照组比较:CD4+细胞比值由28.6%±3.5%下降为21.4%±5.7%,CD8+细胞比值由14.7%±4.8%数目上升为23.8%±6.3%(P<0.01),CD4+CD8+由1.93±0.27下降为0.91±0.31(P<0.01),随即取淋巴细胞制备蛋白样品,进行双向电泳,银染显色,利用Pdquest软件对获得的蛋白图谱进行分析,结果发现共得到1546个点,能够匹配的有565个,不能匹配的有961点。在分子量43KD~97KD之间,运动组有部分蛋白质的量表现有较为明显增多,提示蛋白质表达的差异有可能是急性力竭性运动引发免疫机能下降的原因。
In this study, it used one- off exhaustive swimming as the exercise model, soon after the training, collected the peripheral blood, then carried on lymphocyte counting at first. It has been found that, compared with the control group, the CD4 + cell value decreased from28.6% ± 3.5% to 21.4%±5.7%,the CD8+ cell value raised from14.7%±4.8% to 23.8%±6.3%(P〈 0.01^** ),the CD4+/CD8 + value decreased from 1.93±0.27 to 0.91±0.31 ( P 〈 0.01^** ). Next, it separated lymphocyte from the blood for protein sample preparation, then carried on two dimensional electrophoresis, soon after silver staining,used the Pdquest software analysis the gel. The result showed that there wre 1546 points on the gel,565 matched and 961 matched between the molecular weight 43 KD - 97KD, a part of protein increased obviously of the exercise group. It hinted that the difference of protein expression is probably an important cause of the immunity inhibition induced by the acute exhaustive exercise.
