摘要
本文对35头猪574个细胞染色体的统计和分析表明:染色体数目变异和结构变异细胞分别占总数的9.06%和8.19%。通过9张图片可见到染色体整倍性变异;非整倍性变异;双着丝粒染色体;染色体断裂、缺失;染色体裂缝;着丝粒异常分离;1号同源染色体显著不等长等染色体畸变类型。本文还对湖北白猪和其他猪品种的畸变细胞频率进行了比较,并讨论了研究家猪染色体畸变细胞频率和类型的意义。
Raryotypes from 35 pigs are analysed and the results show that the cells with thechromosomal number variation and with the structure variation of the total cells are 9. 06% and.19%, respectively. Several pictures of chromosomal aberration types are presented as follows. Whole multiple variation of chromosomal number,Non- whole multiple variation of chromosomal number,Double centromeric chromosome, Chromosomal break and deletion, Chromosomal fissure. Centromere aberration segregation , Evidently difference in length of homologous chromosomes NO. 1.We also compare the aberrant cell frequency of Hubei white swine with that of other breeds, and discuss the importance of studying the frequency and types of porcine chromosomal aberration
