摘要
大鼠饲料中添加5％～10％葡萄渣,饲养150天,检测血清谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性及血清尿素氮(BUN)的含量,进行骨髓细胞染色体畸变分析及脏器的病理形态学观察。结果表明饲喂葡萄渣不引起上述指标的明显改变,认为葡萄渣无毒性。
Feed with 5％～10％ grape residuce were fed to rats for 150 days. The activity of glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase (GOT), glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and content of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were detected. The distortion of chromosome in bone marrow cell were also examined. The results showed that there was no obvious changes in above items in rats feeding with grape residue. It can be consided that the grape residuce is atoxic.
