摘要
体内外实验观察脂质过氧化的终产物丙二醛对小鼠脾淋巴细胞活性和功能的影响。结 果表明,丙二醛可明显抑制鼠自身混合淋巴细胞反应,并抑制刀豆素A(ConA)和细菌脂多糖 (LPS)分别诱导的T、B淋巴细胞增殖,对T细胞作用更明显,此抑制作用发生在有丝分裂原激活 淋巴细胞之后。提示:脂质过氧化产物参与了对机体淋巴细胞的损伤过程;为阐明由丙二醛造成的 免疫抑制的过氧化机理提供部分实验依据。
The effects of malondialdehyde (MDA),the final product of lipid peroxidation,on the activies and function of murine spleen lymphocytes were observed in vivo and in vitro.The re- sults showed that the significant inhibitory effect was on murine spleen mixed lymphocyte response(MLR) and T-or B-lymphocytes proliferation induced respectively by concanvalin A (ConA)-or Lipopolysaccharide(LPS). The inhibitory effect on T-lymphocytes was more apparent than that on B-lymphocytes. The inhibitory activity of MDA on proliferation might occur after the lymphocytes were activated by mitogens. The results suggest that the products of lipid peroxidation take part in the process of the murine. lymphocytes injury and give some exprimental evidence which elucidate a peroxidative mechanism of immune inhibition result- ing from MDA.
