摘要
用290Gy60Coγ射线处理柏稻品种26窄早干种子,在M2和M3中获得了数个育性受环境因素调节的突变体。对其中1份突变体进行生态箱鉴定和田间鉴定表明,其育性转换受温度控制,在日长为12~14h时,临界日平均温度约为23℃,低于23℃可诱导雄性不育,高于23℃则恢复部分可育。此突变体的育性转换特征不同于已有的光(温)敏不育系。
Male sterile mutants were isolated from M2 and M3 generations of indica rice variety 26Zhaizao,of which the dry seeds were irradiated with 60Co γ-rays of 290Gy.One selected mu-tant was planted and ratooned in two successive years for observation of fertility converslonin ditrerent seasons.Growth chamber test and field trial showed that the termperature wasthe major factor conditioning the fertility alteration. The critical daily average temperaturefor the fertility conversion of this mutant growing under 12.5h and 14.0h of daylength wasabout 23℃,below which the plants were induced to completely sterile.The characteristics ofthe fertility alteration of this mutant seemed different from that of other thermosensitivemale sterile lines so far developed.
