摘要
分别用200,250 Gy剂量60Coγ-射线辐照处理了A080504、冬牧70、荆州黑麦等3个不同黑麦品种种子,研究了处理当代种子的室内发芽状况、田间幼苗表现及主要农艺性状.结果表明,不同处理的黑麦种子活力指数显著降低;苗期长势显著变弱;成熟期250 Gy时A080504的株高、分蘖数、穗粒数、千粒重均显著降低;荆州黑麦株高显著增高,穗粒数、千粒重明显下降;冬牧70的主要农艺性状没有出现显著的变化.说明不同黑麦品种对辐射的敏感度存在明显差异.
Seeds of three rye cultivars,A08050,Dongmu 70,and Jinzhou rye were irradiated by 60Co γ-ray irradiation of 200,250 Gy doses,respectively,and the germination indoor,the seedling appearance in the field,and the major agronomic traits were studied.The results showed that vigour index of three rye cultivars decreased obviously and their seedling growth weakened.Plant height,effective tillers,seed setting,and weight of 1 000-kernels of A080504 were reduced significantly by 250 Gy irradiation dose in maturity stage.Plant height of Jinzhou rye was significantly increased,but seed setting and 1 000-kernel weight decreased significantly.Major agronomic traits of Dongmu 70 did not show changes obviously.These results indicted that there was difference in sensitivity to irradiation in different rye cultivars.
