摘要
在M38G高温合金上镀铂,然后进行粉末包装渗铝,最后形成Pt-Al涂层。经1000℃、1500h氧化后,发现涂层中加铂.明显改善氧化膜的粘附性和影响铝的扩散。并讨论铂在氧化中的作用机理。
The platinum-modified aluminide coating was prepared by elec-troplating platinum and then pack cementation of aluminum on M38G supperalloy.The oxidation behaviour of coating was studied at 1000℃ for 1500 hours.The oxidized samples were analysed by optical microscope,EMPA and X-ray diffraction techniques.The results clearly indicate that the addition of platinum can remarkably enhance the adhesion of the oxide scales and affect the diffusion of aluminum in the coating.The mechani-sms of the effect of platinum on the oxidation were discussed.
