摘要
研究了CMSX - 4Ni基高温合金的单渗Al和Pt改性渗Al涂层在 110 0℃空气中的氧化行为 .Pt的存在 ,通过阻止合金元素穿过Al2 O3 膜向外扩散 ,改善Al2 O3 膜与基体的结合力 ,抑制γ′ -Ni3 Al相的形成 ,推迟涂层的高温退化 。
In this paper the oxidation of aluminide and Pt-modified aluminide coatings on nickel base superalloy CMSX-4 has been studied in static air at 1100℃ up to 1400 h.The presence of Pt significantly suppressed γ′-Ni 3Al formation in the surface of the coating, promoted selective oxidation of aluminum so that the formation of merely Al 2O 3 scale preventing the migration of other elements outwards onto the formed Al 2O 3 scale and resulted in the postponing the degradation of the coating.
