摘要
随着Fe-C-Si-Mn合金中锑含量的增加,合金降温时γ→α转变温度有下降的趋势而升温时α→γ转变温度有上升趋势,无论是升温还是降温,其相变的温度区间均随锑含量的增加而缩小。通过不同锑含量的基体组织的研究发现,随着锑含量的增加,珠光体量显著增加,硬度也明显提高;珠光体的稳定性也随着锑含量的增加而显著提高。文章对上述结果进行了理论上的分析和讨论。
The temperature of γ→αphase transformation has the trend of decreasing while thetemperature of α→γphase transformation has the trend of increasing with the increase of antimonycontent in Fe-C-Si-Mn alloy.Both of the temperature ranges of α→γ and γ→α phasetrasformations become narrow with the increase of antimony content in the alloy.By investigatingthe matrix structures of grey cast irons with different antimony content,we have found that theamount of pearlite and the stability of pearlite of grey cast iron can rise obviously with the increaseof antimony content.The experimental results are analysed and discussed theoretically.
