摘要
利用金相显微镜分析了随流孕育处理对气缸体金相组织的影响。结果表明,0.07%的Si-Zr随流孕育处理能够获得均匀分布的A型片状石墨,对共晶团数量和基体组织没有明显影响。
The effects of Instant Stream Inoculation on the microstructures of WD615 cylinder block were investigated in this paper by optical microscopy. The results showed that type A flake shape graphite evenly distributes on the matrix with instant stream inoculation of 0.07 % Si - Zr. It is also found that the eutectic cell and matrix keep stable with instant stream inoculation.
