摘要 灰铸铁在铸件生产中占有最重要的地位,高强度薄壁灰铸铁的研究与生产水平是制约铸铁发展的主要因素。通过提高基体显微硬度、增加组织中奥氏体枝晶数量、细化石墨、细化共晶团等综合措施,可在碳当量3.9%~4.2%的范围内获得强度达300MPa、铸造性能较HT300优良的灰铸铁。采用高碳当量、适当的低合金化和加强孕育处理可以有效地生产、发动机缸体和缸盖等薄壁高强度庆铸铁件。先进制造技术对传统产业的渗透与融合正逐渐对灰铸铁领域产生较大影响。人工智能技术在灰铸铁性能预测中的应用、铸铁件表面激光强化和半固态压铸板状灰铸铁件的开发等复合化技术的进展必将带动铸铁研究和生产领域产生某些根本性的变革。 The study and production level of the thin-section and high-strength gray cast iron is the key factor restricting the development of the gray cast irons. By a series of combined measures including increasing micro-hardness of the matrix, increasing amount of austenite, fining graphite and eutectic cells,etc. It is possible, in the CE range of 3.9%~4.2%, to obtain a sort of gray cast iron with tensile strength up to 300 MPa, cast properties better than HT300 grade. By adopting high CE, proper alloying with low alloy addition and intensifying inoculation, it is possible to produce effectively the thin-section and high-strength gray iron casting including engine block and cylinder head etc. The penetration of the advanced manufacture technology into traditional industry and their mixing together is gradually influencing on the field of gray iron. The application of the artificial intelligence technique in the properties forecast of gray irons, the progress of the development of laser surface strengthening, semisolid diecast plate casting and some other compounding technique will certainly revolution in the field of the study and production of gray cast iron.
