摘要
木霉菌株T88在25-30℃时,在PDA,麦芽糖,查氏和基本培养基上均能生长。其中在PDA,查氏和基本培养基上菌丝生长较快,产孢量也较多。在PDA培养基上,菌丝生长和孢子产生的温度范围为15-37℃,最适温度为30℃,pH值范围为3-11,最适pH值范围为3-11,最适pH值为6,光照与菌丝生长无关,但有利于产孢。在基本培养基上,乳糖和果糖为最佳碳源,天门冬素为最佳氮源。
Strain' T88'of Trichoderma is able to grow on PDA. Maltose.Czapek and Basic Culture Medium at the temperature of 25 ̄30℃.The hyphae growth is faster and the amount of spores is more on PDA.Czapek and Basic Culture Medium.On PDA medium,the temperature range of hyphae growth and spore bearing is 15 ̄37 ℃,the optimum temperature is 30℃;the pH-value range is 3  ̄11,the optimum pH-value is 6;the light has no relation to hyphae growth.but it favours spore bearing.On the Basic Culture Medium. lactose and fructose are the best carbon sources;Asparagin is the best nitrogen source;Vitamine B1 and B2 exert an important infuence on spore bearing.Conidiospores germination need some nutrient.PDA membrane is better than that of agar;The temperature of spore germination is 20 ̄35℃,the optimum temperature is 30℃;the requirement is not strict with pH-value,the spores are able to germ at pH-value 2 ̄11.but the germination rate is higher at pH-value 5-6;The spores begin to germ after inoculating 12 h,mainly focusing on 16 ̄24 h;The condition of light and without oxygen is good for spore germination.The optimum relative humidity for germination at 25℃ is 70% ̄90%,the minimum RH is 50%.
