摘要
针对装甲车辆的齿轮轴等重要零件的磨损情况，研制了一种新型Ｃｒ－Ｍｎ系统钛钙型中硬度ＤＳ－１０堆焊专用焊条。该焊条综合工艺性能优良，熔敷效率高，焊条发尘量低；可用交流电源焊接，取代了原堆１２７焊条。经实际运行考核证明完全满足修复坦克轴类零件的要求。
A new kind of DS-10 hard surfacing welding special covered electrode which has Cr-Mn Alloy system, titanium-calcium type coated materials and medium hardness is developed.This electrode has excellent comprehensive technology properties of high deposited efficiency and lowfume. It can be welded by DC and AC power sources and it can replaceof original D127 cover d electrode. The results of practical operaionshow that the electrode can aisfy the requirement f repairing the tankparts.
