摘要
本文着重探讨不同的得到大量残余奥氏体(Ar)的渗碳热处理工艺对接触疲劳性能的影响.试验表明:在渗碳热处理过程中,高的碳势所导致的次表层强度的提高和有效渗层的增加,是接触疲劳强高提高的原因之一.采用强力喷丸可以有效地弥补高Ar量所造成的表面层强度和残余压应力下降的不利影响.
This paper makes an approach to effect of the large amount of Ar on rolling contact fatigue behaviour only from the carburizing heat treatment process. The results show that, during the carburizing heat treatment, it is one of the reasons raising the rolling contact fatigue strength that the increase of the effective depth of hardened case and the rise of strength in the subsurface layer induced by high carbon potential. And it puts forward that the declines of intensity and residual compressive stress caused by the large amount of a Ar will be made up by strengthen shot peeling.
