摘要
通过与常规热喷涂工艺的技术特点的对比,介绍了冷喷涂技术的特点,重点对其机理以及工艺的关键技术进行了阐述,在此基础上介绍了国内外在零件修复与功能涂层制备方面的研究进展,并对冷喷涂工艺的发展趋势与应用前景进行了展望。
Compared with the technical characteristics of the conventional thermal spray, the technical characteristics of cold spray was introduced. Emphasis was put on the mechanism of cold spray and the key technologies of its technique. On this basis, the research developments of the parts renewal and the preparation of functional coating with cold spray were described. The development trends and application prospect of cold spray were discussed.
