膜蛋白构象改变与膜脂非双层变化

摘要 凝集素与细胞膜上蛋白质结合对膜蛋白和膜脂的结构产生影响。本文研究ConA与人红细胞膜蛋白结合下膜蛋白构象和运动变化及膜脂非双层转变。结果表明膜蛋白的α螺旋减少,膜蛋白分子的运动变化,膜脂分子出现非双层。说明配基与膜蛋白相互作用发生膜蛋白构象改变的同时导致膜脂多型性变化。 he effects of lectin-membrane protein interaction will influence the structure of protein and lipid in membra-ne.In this paper, the conformation and molecular dynamics of membrane protein and the polymorphism of mem-brane lipid of human erythrocytes were studied under the action of Con A with membrane protein.The results ofCD showed that the α-helix structure of membrane proteins declined in correspondence with the amounts of Con A.The time-resolved fluorescence study also indicated the lifetime of membrane proteins changed when Con A com-bined with membrane.The 31PNMR spectra showed that Con A could induce the formation of nonbilayer structureof membrane lipid which was related to the conformation change of membrane protein.
