摘要
本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对内蒙古典型草原6个不同地理位置及生态环境下的克氏针茅(StipsKryloviiRoshev.)种群进行了过氧化物酶同工酶研究。通过对酶谱的Rf值和相似系数的比较分析,作者认为,不同地理位置和生态条件对克氏针茅的过氧化物酶同工酶有影响,并在酶谱上表现出一定的差异性,但这种差异较小。全面比较所有酶带的差异程度,各样地间的相似系数值均大于84%,说明克氏针茅种群的种内分化较小,它们的遗传资源是相对稳定的。
By means of polyacylamide gel electrophoresis,peroxidase isozyrnes of Stioa krylovii Roshev.collected from 6 different geographic locations of Inner Mongolia were isolated.After comparing isozymic zymograms and coefficient of similarity,authors considered that geographic distribution and habit have influence on isozymic patterns of Stipa krylovii Roshev.,but diversity of zymograms was not obvious.A coefficient of similari-ty of over 8 4%indicates that intraspecific divergence of Stipa krylovii Roshev.was small and the genetic resources were relatively stable.
