摘要 通过设计金属基体和陶瓷层之间的过渡层来增加金属和陶瓷相之间的润湿性;用激光重溶陶瓷层的方法来消除等离子体喷涂陶瓷层的气孔、裂纹等结构缺陷,提高其均匀性,使陶瓷层与金属基体达到冶金结合。 Plasma-sprayed ceramic coating can be used as a thermal barrier on the diesel engine.However,the residual porosity and poor mechanical properties of the coating need be im-proved by treating with laser for surface re-fusion and strengthening.The wettability be-tween the metal and ceramic phase is increased with a special bond layer designed by the au-thors between the metal substrate and ceramic coating. The ceramic used is Al2O3+15 wt%of ZrO2 or ZrO2+10 wt%of SiO2,and Ni-Cr alloy is used as the bond coating with steel typeA3 as the substrate. Higher adhesion of ceramic surface layer and metal substrate isachieved.
