摘要
利用CO2 激光器在 1 6Mn钢表面实现Fe -Cr-Ni-B激光熔覆。观察了激光对熔覆层组织和显微硬度的影响 ;采用扫描电镜及X射线衍射仪分析熔覆层的成分和相组成。结果表明 ,熔覆层组织是树枝晶及胞状晶 ,熔覆层以非平衡的 (Fe,Cr)相、(Fe ,Ni)相存在。激光功率的提高使熔覆层组织细化、显微硬度提高 ,并使硬度分布更加趋于合理。
This paper begins with the discussion on the structure and the hardness of laser cladding layer by using a 5KW CO 2 laser to irradiate the mixture powders of Fe-Cr-Ni-B on 16Mn mild steel,followed by the description of its phase analysis in X-ray diffraction apparaturs.It is apparent that the structure becomes finer and the hardness can be increased with increasing laser power.The Fe-Ni phase and Fe-Cr phase exist in laser cladding layer.
