摘要
通过典范相关和主因子分析对甘蔗叶片衰老与内源多胺和抗氧化代谢的关系进行研究表明,在甘蔗叶片衰老过程中,游离多胺含量急剧下降,其速降期早于蛋白质的降解期,且与活性氧的产生和清除有密切关系。供试甘蔗品种+4叶SOD、CAT活性、GSH含量下降,活性氧清除能力降低,O_2 ^-产生增加,导致MDA含量急剧上升,其中G.T.11变化更大,更易早衰。可见内源多胺和抗氧化代谢变化是引起甘蔗叶片衰老的重要原因。
Canonical correlation and major factor analysis were carried out to study the relationship between leaf senescence and endogenous polyamine and anti-oxidation metabolism. The results indicated that, prior to the degradation of protein, endogenous free polyamine content abruptly declined with leaf senescence and that was closely related to the production and elimination of active oxygen. The sharp increase of MDA content resulted from the increase of O2 production and from the decrease of the eliminative ability of active oxygen. The activities of SOD and CAT and the GSH content declined sharply in the +4 leaf of tested varieties in which changes of G.T.11 was more significant than those of Y.T.57-423 as G.T.11 senesced more easily. It is evident that the changes of endogenous polyamine and the anti-oxidation metabolism were the important reasons for leaf senescence.
