摘要
分别以6—BA、ABA为衰老延缓剂及加速剂,研究了离体小麦叶片衰老过程中几种酶活性变化及其与质膜破坏的关系。结果表明,6—BA减缓SOD和CAT活性的下降,抑制MDA积累和质膜破坏。ABA则加速SOD和CAT活性下降,促进MDA积累和质膜破坏。经6—BA与ABA处理的,酸性磷酸酯酶活性有先上升后下降的趋势,但处理间差异极小。
Using the detached wheat leaves as material, 6—BA as senescence retardor, ABA as senescence accelerator, water as control for ageing the treatment, the relation between the destruction of plasma membrance and changes of activity of enzymes during the senescence of detached wheat leaves were studied. The results obtained indicated that 6—BA retarded the decline of activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase ( CAT ) and inhibited the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the destruction of plasma membrane. The activity of acid phosphatase in the wheat leaves treated with 6—BA and ABA showed a tendency of rising at first and then declining. The difference between the treatments was very small.
