摘要 在模拟生态条件下,以贻贝为材料,用大肠埃希氏菌,粪链球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌对其污染,在5d内,分析细菌污染过程及其变化规律,研究表明,贻贝的细菌污染非常迅速,最大的污染程度在其接触受污染海水后60min就出现,并维持这一水平至4h之久,随后,贻贝的污染则依不同细菌以不同速度下降,贻贝对不同细菌的捕获,富集也表现出明显的差异性,粪链球菌的平均富集系数为33.2,大肠埃希氏菌为15.6,金黄色葡萄球菌为66.1。 The modalities of bacterial contamination of mussels in aquarium contaminated artificially by Streptococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were studied for a pericd of five days. It was noted that maximal contamination in the viscera' mass of mussels was reached rapidly in sixty minutes. Such level of contamination maintained for fout hours aad then diminuted slowly. The results showed the significance of Streptococcus faecalis as an indicator for its resistance in sea water. The enrich ment factor varies according to different species of bacteria, They are 15.6 for Escherichia coli, 33.2 for Streptococcus faecalis and 66.1 for Staphylococ CuS aureus.
