摘要
在实验室内,红树林下土壤微生物对柴油降解的研究,结果表明,柴油入土一期后,总降解率达70%,微生物降解率为50%;两星期后,总降解率在80%,微生物降解率65%:一个月后,总降解率超过90%,微生物降解率在70%以上,同时,证明了红树林下土壤优势细菌类群对柴油的降解效力也不低,一个月后微生物降解率可达60%以上,研究还证明了红树林下土壤微生物比无红树林的土壤微生物有更高效和更快速地降解柴油的特殊能力。
It was reported that diesel oilwas degraded by micro-organisms of man-grove-soil in the laboratorv. The main results summariesed as follows:When diesel oil was intro-duced the soil for one week,tatal degraded rates were 70%(blodegraded rate was about50%)。Two weeks after,total degraded rates were 80%(blodegraded rate was 65%).One month aftertotal degraded rates were more than 90%(biodegraded rate over 70%)Study also demonstrat-ed that preponderant bacterial group of mangroves-soil for degradation of diesel oil,after onemonth biodegraded rate was 60%。The investigation exhibited that micro-organisms of man-groves-soil had an exceptional ability of degradation of diesel oil and it had a higher degraded ratethan that of the microorganisms of non-mangrove-soil in tidal zone.From mentioned above,ithas proved further that mangroves is an important bio-engineering in estuary and coastal regionfor degradation of diesel oil.
